Some participants at the first day of Resilient Cities Asia-Pacific shared what their resilience plans would be if they had access to unlimited resources. All interviews were conducted by Olga Chepelianskaia.

If you would like to do something in a community in the process of climate resilience building, we should start from the bottom, actually, where the people’s needs and priorities – especially the vulnerable, the poor and the vulnerable – can be found. That makes the real sustainable, resilient action.
